This document constitutes the Privacy Notice referred to in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals ("LFPDP") and the provisions arising therefrom or related to it. This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected from the Data Subject by NOS Noroeste Sustentable A.C. (referred to indistinctly as "NOS"), in its capacity as Responsible. For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in the LFPDP.NOS, located at Transbordadores s/n between Inalámbrica and Sinaloa, Colonia El Manglito, La Paz, Baja California Sur, Postal Code 23060, informs you that your personal data and/or sensitive personal data, will be used for the operation, identification, administration and similar necessary for the provision of community and administrative services of NOS.

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is intended to ensure the privacy of data provided by our prospects or potential beneficiaries, beneficiaries, partners, clients, customers, suppliers, collaborators, employees and other persons who access our services, in order to link with community or administrative services provided by NOS.

  22. Share or transfer the data with third parties duly related to the link between the holder and NOS, to comply with the purposes set out above and others that are necessary for the provision of community and administrative service;
  23. Collection and publication of photos in print and electronic media of community, administrative and special events;
  24. Preparation of statistics and reports required by the authorities in Mexico and/or abroad;
  25. Provide the necessary information to medical or emergency personnel so that the required medical attention can be provided and a clinical record can be compiled for proper treatment.
  26. Collection and storage of images and conversations for security purposes and for measuring quality standards.

For the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, we may collect your personal information in several ways: when you provide it to us directly; when you visit our website or use our online services; and when we obtain information from other sources that are permitted by law.

The information we obtain may be, among others: name(s) and surname(s); date of birth; address, whether home, work, or fiscal; email address, personal or work; identification name in social networks; telephone number, home or work; cell phone number; credit card number, debit card or bank accounts; Federal Taxpayer Registry Code (RFC); Unique Population Registry Code (CURP); number of affiliation to the Mexican Institute of Social Security, and others of a similar nature.

Sensitive personal data

We inform you that in order to comply with the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, sensitive personal data will be collected and processed, such as: those referring to your blood type, allergy to any medication and congenital (epilepsy, hemophilia and other similar) or pathological disease. The sole purpose of such data is to provide it to medical or emergency personnel so that, if necessary, the required medical attention may be provided and to integrate the clinical file for a correct treatment. Likewise, ideological data, data on physical characteristics and data on ethnic or racial origin are collected in order to provide a comprehensive service that favors or goes according to their habits, customs and customs. NOS complies with the principles of personal data protection established by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and adopts the necessary measures for its application, including when this data is processed by a third party, at the request of the Institute in order to cover the necessary community or administrative service, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This website contains links to other websites of partner networks, affiliates or third parties, if you access a hyperlink from those websites, please note that they may have their own privacy policies and that NOS accepts no responsibility or liability arising from them, it is recommended that you review such policies before submitting any personal information to those websites. You, or your legal representative, may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in the LFPDP by sending a written request to the above address, or by e-mail to: datos.personales@nos.org.mx.

The revocation of consent may be made at any time, without retroactive effect. To initiate this process, you must indicate precisely the consent granted that you wish to revoke, by any of the aforementioned means. The request in question must contain and be accompanied by the following:
n The name of the holder and address or other means of communicating the response to your request,
II The documents proving the identity or, as the case may be, the legal representation of the holder,
III The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the exercise of any of the aforementioned rights is sought; and
IV Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
V In the case of requests for rectification, the owner must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the request.

NOS, through its Legal Services, will communicate to the holder, no later than twenty working days from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, the determination adopted in order that, if appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen days from the date on which the response is communicated. In the case of requests for access to personal data, the delivery shall be made upon proof of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as the case may be. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case so justify.

The obligation of access to information shall be deemed fulfilled when the personal data is made available to the holder; or by the issuance of simple copies, electronic documents or any other means that NOS provides to the holder.

NOS may deny access to personal data, rectification, cancellation or granting of opposition to the processing thereof, in the following cases:
n When the applicant is not the owner of the personal data, or the legal representative is not duly accredited to do so;
II When the applicant's personal data is not found in its database;
III When the rights of a third party are injured;
IV When there is a legal impediment, or the resolution of a competent authority that restricts access to personal data or does not allow the rectification, cancellation or opposition thereof;
V When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made.
NOS will limit the use of personal data and sensitive personal data at the express request of the owner, and will not be obliged to cancel personal data when:
I It refers to the parties to a private, social or administrative contract, and is necessary for its development and performance;
II Must be treated by law;
III Obstructs judicial or administrative proceedings related to tax obligations, the investigation and prosecution of crimes, or the updating of administrative sanctions;
IV Are necessary to protect the legally protected interests of the holder;
V Necessary to carry out an action in the public interest;
VI Necessary to comply with an obligation legally acquired by the holder, or
VII Are the subject of treatment for prevention or medical diagnosis or the management of health services; provided that such treatment is carried out by a health professional subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Changes to the privacy notice.

NOS reserves the right to periodically update this Notice to reflect changes in our information practices, legislative developments, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products. It is the responsibility of the Holder to periodically review the content of the Privacy Notice on this site.

NOS, will understand that if not otherwise expressed, it means that the Data Subject has read, understood and agreed to the terms set forth therein, which constitutes his consent to the changes set forth in such updates regarding the processing of his Personal Data for purposes of the LFPDP and other applicable legislation.
